INTRODUCING: THE UPLIFTERS PROGRAM
Lift4Life Worldwide is looking to partner with change-makers and passionate fitness enthusiasts that are interested in joining our movement to make strength accessible to all. We could not do the work we do in communities in Zimbabwe without our amazing partners and donors!
We have created the Lift4Life Worldwide Uplifters Program to help us make an even bigger impact than every before (while also providing YOU unique community benefits). As a member, you will have the opportunity to connect with other passionate supporters, the chance to chat with Lift4Life community members in Zimbabwe and across the globe, and recognition opportunities including your name / logo on our website, social media, and fundraising promotional items.
Your Commitment:
A regular donation every month.
Champion the Lift4Life cause - share events and initiatives as appropriate.
Our Commitment:
Exclusive quarterly updates from Zimbabwe communities.
Tax support from Lift4Life’s accountant for donation receipts and unique write-offs in the USA.
Recognition opportunities, including social media spotlights and logo features.
Work with our Team for unique donation opportunities, and direct your funds to where you would like your impact.
A unique way to be an Uplifter is through a “Coaching for a Cause” Program, whereby a portion of your athlete fees go to Lift4Life. It’s a way to build a community with your coaching group, as well as give back globally. Charity meets are also a great way to raise your regular donation, and we have a Meet Toolkit page to help.
If you have questions about the Uplifters Program or want to join please contact Team@lift4life-worldwide.org or fill out this form below and we will contact you with more information and get you started.
MEET Our Members:
Linda & Gary Rousseau
A big welcome to our first members to join Lift4Life’s new Uplifters Program. Meet Linda @lifterlinda and Gary Rousseau!
Linda and Gary are a power couple at its finest, and have been long time donors and supporters of Lift4Life. They are particularly passionate about having their impact through educational scholarships and are donating funds to Lift4Life through the Jean Annis Foundation in memory of Linda’s sister. Both Linda and Gary came to Zimbabwe with us on the 2019 Lift4Life Outreach trip, and we are so excited to have them continue their legacy through the Uplifters Program.
The Strength Guys
A big welcome to another member to join Lift4Life’s new Uplifers Program - The Strength Guys @thestrengthguys
The Strength Guys have been long time supporters and donors of our cause (including being one of the first ever donors!), and in 2018 formally started “Coaching for a Cause” where a portion of all their athlete fees is donated directly to Lift4Life.
From coaching athletes, donating thousands of dollars over the past few years to make strength training accessible, to providing sponsorship funds for Lift4Life powerlifting meets, we are very excited to welcome them as a founding member of the Uplifters Program and help them continue their legacy with our organization.
A7
A welcome to another member to join Lift4Life’s new Uplifers Program - A7 @a7intl.
We have worked with A7 over the years including meet sponsorship & apparel collaborations, and we are honoured to formally have them as a founding member of The Uplifters.
MIAMI POWERLIFTING
A big welcome to Miami Powerlifting @miamipowerlifting to the Uplifters group! Their University Team has hosted a number of fundraiser events for our cause over the years, and we are excited to continue to work together.
Ohio State University Powerlifting Club
A big welcome to Ohio State Powerlifting Club @osu_powerlifting to the Uplifters group! Not only have they been long time donors and supporters, many of their members are also avid volunteers.
Gabriel Reifinger
Dere! My name is Gabriel Reifinger and I am a Coach and Powerlifter in Austria. I have been training since I was 15 years old (so more than 6 years now). Two years ago I found my passion for Powerlifting and the sport gave me so much - and I don’t mean the injuries I deal with sometimes!
You get a choice in your life. Every day you have the choice to get 1% better, you get the chance to meet people, have a community and a successful life, and I cant describe what strength sports mean to me. For that reason, I’m involved in Lift4Life and I see a chance to give people chance in life, and to express their strength not only physically but also mentally. I want to see a world full of strong people, who support each other and have a good life. I’m honoured to be a part of the Lift4Life cause.
Maria - The EAT Method
The EAT Method is happily supporting Lift4Life in an effort to give back to marginalized communities and contribute to the positive impact on community needs. Growing up in Canada, I never really realized how much I had in terms of accessibility and availability of nutritious foods. In 2020, I moved back to the Philippines where I began to understand the true extent of food insecurity, and so I want to contribute to Lift4Life as they support and ensure the sustainability of marginalized communities via empowering through sport and promoting health. - MARIA MANRIQUE
